Next meeting: Tuesday, March 11, at 13h30

ABSW is looking for news or analysis articles and resources that can be useful for members.

If you are a student or an early-career science writer or just want to practice your pitching and writing skills, you can join us every other month, starting in March, on the second Tuesday - during lunchtime (13h30 to 14h30 GMT) -, at Discord ABSW Coffee Shop.

You can pitch either a news article or a post for our resources page, as long as you remember you'll be writing to our community. We are not looking for science stories, but how science journalists can cover those stories, tools they can use, or tips you gathered at some training or conference. So, be prepared to explain why your article is useful to your fellows.

Mun Keat Looi, senior editor and ABSW board member will analyse your pitches and provide some tips.

The Association of British Science Writers is registered in England and Wales under company number 07376343 at 76 Glebe Lane, Barming, Maidstone, Kent, ME16 9BD.
