Diversity Scholarships 2025
Apply for a fully funded place at the Summer School
The ABSW is providing diversity scholarships to cover the full cost of attending the Summer School; registration fee, travel and any necessary accommodation.
The diversity scholarships are available to British citizens or those that have the right to work/study in the UK and are currently doing so.
You will need to meet one of the following diversity criteria to apply:
- You are from a black and/or other minority group within the UK~;
- You have a disability as defined in the UK Equality Act of 2010;
- You are a carer;
- Your home is in a region included in the 'most deprived 20%' of your government's index of multiple deprivation (IMD) database.
Applications can also be made by those currently suffering financial hardship for whom attendance at the Summer School will assist their future career and financial stability.
Please complete our application form by 11:59 on Friday May 30, 2025. You will receive an email confirmation of your application and will be informed whether or not you have been successful by Wednesday June 4, 2025. If you are not successful you will still be able to register to attend the Summer School at early bird prices.
